Even if the rooms were not as luxurious and well appointed as they are, it would be worth staying just for the service. We used the concierge several times and their recommendations were perfect. The bed was comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The resturant was good. The server was polite, and fast. It was simple and quiet. The staff was friendly during check in and check out.   Traveled by myself for a weekend conference. Was perfect for my needs. Close to Pearson International. Big room for 1 person. Casey's was a good restaurant. Nice place to have a drink too. Wi fi was slow but ok. Used it mainly for Facetime with my family. Had trouble connecting at certain times of the day. Cleaning and front desk staff were friend... what people say » ly. Whatever they use to clean the hotel leaves a damn good smell in the halls and room. In general hotel felt a little oldish but not a problem to me - Good price and location near the airport and various restaurants including a very good one with bar, on site. Excellent and friendly staff. Also indoor pool where we had our 4 grand children over for a visit and a swim. Towels provided at the pool. The room, linens, bath and bed were all very good. Very good parking. Will be staying here again on our next trip to the area. Thanks everyone!

  I like this hotel very much especially when we had our dinner at the hotel restanrant, a very friendly grandmother like waitress asked my son to "work" with her. My son was so honored and excited - Staff was great, helpful. There was a large group/convention and the supervisor put me away from the group.
