I actually won a nights stay at this hotel and my family and I had an enjoyable and relaxing time. Check in & check out was quick and easy and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Please be aware that parking is an additional $15 charge and there is also a charge to make a local call. It's in an ideal location; about 5 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Toronto and 10 minutes from the closest shopping mall. The room was very spacious and comfortable and very clean. This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a free shuttle service. There is an in-house restaurant/pub which is convenient, clean and which offers good food selection. Otherwise, you are only a short cab ride away from a multi restaurant complex. (Milestones, Kelseys, etc...). Although not fancy, the executive suites are roomy and offer newer TV's and a large work area which often comes in handy. This hotel was located very close to the seminar for which I travelled. Enjoyed avery tasty veggie Pizza in Graffiti's restaurant. The bedding was very clean and updated recently. The bed very comfortable with lots of pillows. The rooms are all suites and the king bed was closed off from the rest of the room by French doors giving it a cozy atmosphere.
