Toronto Hotels

I had booked a room w/only a queen bed thinking it would have 2 double beds. We had 4 people in total. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge! Impressive effort and service! - Michele

Well I have to say we were very pleased with our two night stay at the Ramada in downtown Toronto. It can be quite hard to find a hotel room for 5, our room was very spacious and all the beds were extremely comfortable. The room itself was decorated well, room was a little dark and the bathroom needed to be updated. The hotel was a 10-15 min walk from the main downtown area, where Eaton Place, Hard Rock cafe etc is but our children managed it with no problem. It is about a 45 min walk to C - Scott

I have just returned from a stay at the Delta Chelsea. I stayed there from the 22nd to the 27th October. Having read some of the reviews before i left i was a little worried. When i arrived at the hotel check in was swift and Maria was very helpful giving us information on the hotel. I had a room on the 14th floor and i must be honest the room was lovely. My wife and I spent 6 nights in the Hotel Victoria on a trip to see the sights of Toronto and Niagara Falls. Having read the reviews, I opted for a Deluxe King room The room was on the 7th floor (next to the top floor), faced on Yonge Street, had a really comfortable bed, a minifridge, TV, free WiFi, and a huge, very comfortable bathroom. There was a nice desk and upholstered chair for it, as well as a nice lounge chair. The room was kept impeccably clean and was in top condition. The front desk - Michael

We were assigned to play in Bakersfield just 2 weeks before our tournament so we were worried about getting enough hotel rooms for our team. We contacted several hotels in the area but felt best about what the Clarion had to offer for the price. None of us were very familiar with the area and had no experience with any hotels there. I thoroughly enjoyed my recent 2 night stay at this downtown Hilton property. Having read some other reviews, I made sure to request a room that had been renovated (I was told upon making my request at check-in that I had already been assigned to one.) The two members of the staff with whom I interacted at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. All areas of the building that I ventured to were clean and well-appointed. Wanted to add my thumbs up, this hotel is great especially for SPG platinum members they upgrade you to their Execute Suite if it's available. Plus free phone calls and club access. Excellent hotel, would recommend it over the Westin Harbour Castle. Greate service. - Keith

Walked in and were greeted at the front desk, staff was very friendly. Check In was quick and efficient. Our room on the 14th floor had two beds and a very nice view of Toronto and the CN tower. Room was of a decent size and was furnished quite nicely and contemporary. Rooms have flat screen televisions which most hotels are starting to adopt now. Outdoor rooftop pool on the 17th floor looked nice but did not use. Also did not try the on site restaurant or parking facilities. One thing not lik - Cheryl

Our wedding at the Yorkland Hotel was beyond wonderful. The food was to die for! The Banquet manager was so accomodating that we can't thank him enough. The Garden was beautiful, and the servers were both discreet AND friendly...odd combination, you'd think, but they did a really good job. The Fox and Fiddle is also inside there, and they were more than great with our large "Rehearsal" dinner the night before. The rooms were spectacular, especially the Suite. Simple, dorm-like rooms, including a kitchenette. I was very impressed with the cleanliness...even the shower and tub were pristine. Staff was friendly, parking was cheap, and the location was fantastic. The Grange is within perfect walking distance for the CN tower, West Queen Street, and the AGO. - Murray

I actually won a nights stay at this hotel and my family and I had an enjoyable and relaxing time. Check in & check out was quick and easy and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Please be aware that parking is an additional $15 charge and there is also a charge to make a local call. It's in an ideal location; about 5 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Toronto and 10 minutes from the closest shopping mall. The room was very spacious and comfortable and very clean.
