  Excellent location. Within walking distance of major theatres, CN Tower, Rogers Centre and subway. One bedroom suite was very large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Would recommend highly for families.   We loved the in-room lotions, shampoos and conditioners. We didn't use any of the following, but we loved the pleasure menu (haha!) and the stuffed animals, alcohol, food stuffs, etc offered. The room design was amazing!! Also, most of the staff was over-welcoming and they wouldn't take any tips even though they would go to my car in the lot and... what people say » renew my parking for me - at 5 AM (!!) - the outside patio, checked out rooftop in the evening but too busy for us (55+). We were worried we would hear noise from the bar while trying to sleep but that was no problem. I liked the location, parked the car and walked around and we were able to walk to the play we came to see. The staff were very friendly. Liked the location.

  We stayed there because we have a child with a food allergy and I needed to be able to prepare meals. I was very impressed with the items provided in the kitchen: plates, bowls, silverware, serving bowls with lids, minimal cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, skillet, sauce pan, bigger pan, dish cloth and towel. The staff was extreme - To be honest, we didn't check in until later in the evening, so we didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. But the staff were super courteous and very accomidating. Our room was very comfortable. We were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs). Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and bath!! It really was lovely. Thank you so much.

  LOVED the bed - I could have stayed there all weekend LOL The staff was helpful and friendly even when they were facing 20+ teenagers yelling at them on the Thursday night - they seemed to handle themselves well and one of the guys whisked the guests up a separate elevator to avoid the onslaught of teens waiting at the first elevator.   The front desk staff were most helpful in sorting out my reservation - the computer and I are not on the best of terms for on-line bookings. Due to the weather / wind direction, the hotel was on the landing approach for the Toronto airport. I loved watching the planes come in low. Yet, inside the hotel, there was no airplane noise at all! I was in a king suite. The price was unbelievable. I was impressed with the living room bedroom concept that was separated by french doors. I also liked the bathroom lay out. The bed was comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The resturant was good. The server was polite, and fast. It was simple and quiet. The staff was friendly during check in and check out. I stayed for one night, and wished I stayed longer. I will for sure stay at this hotel again in the near future. The hotel
