  The staff at Front desk. When I checked in , there was a staff name Jeromie. He was very welcoming and very helpful in checking in his system for a Room with good view. He had all chance for rejecting our request, but he didn't. Secondly during our stay , our room service was great where we felt every day we were given a new room (except our mess... what people say » and baggages) . We also left a personal note of thanks to the room service team Donna and her team with the fornt office. Then the Restaurent Rumpels - I liked the hotel room, it was clean and very quiet. The staff were very friendly. I also loved the location its in walking distance to all main pubs and stores downtown. So I liked the hotel for the location.

  Everything was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. A bit pricey though not for the budget conscience. - The staff were very good and we had a very good room definitely right up there with Delta standards.

  Leaside and Compton were both fantastic. Our adult girls stayed in Leaside and we stayed in the Avalon Suite in Compton. Our suite was perfect! Clean, super comfortable, nice color and design, large windows with light, wifi, TV, a large bath, great shower and wooden and marble floors. Went to the kitchen after hours for a cup of tea. The staff was... what people say » so friendly and interesting. We joined our daughters at Leaside each morning for breakfast which was excellent. Molly was the best! We learned of the - Our second stay, and we will return again. The staff - always ready with a tray with tea or coffee and homemade muffins. The breakfasts were wonderful, and Molly serving them in the big dining room was a treat. Interesting guests from all over the globe, made for great conversations. Comfortable large rooms, clean updated bathrooms. A beautiful old historic property - and one I visited many years ago when a Parker classmate of mine lived there. Large pleasant garden in which to sit and enjoy

  The staff were expecting us when we arrived and are very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant (Jack's) was excellent and the staff there very friendly. - We went to st. John's for medical reasons. Stayed at capital b/c we did stay there before and it was clean and quiet.

  We got in late from a long flight and were surprised to be upgraded to a jacuzzi room! We brought drinks up from the bar and it made our first night in St. John's very relaxing. The room was clean and the hotel was fancier than we thought it would be. We also loved how quickly we got from the airport to the hotel by calling the shuttle. The next m... what people say » orning we decided to walk to the airport to pick up our rental car; it only took 15 minutes. - It is located next to the airport and the shuttle drivers available 24/7. They were very friendly and prompt. Continental breakfast was available from 4 am to 9 am. Also, a full breakfast was served in the dining room later in the morning. We had dinner at the dining room twice, and the food was superb.
