  I loved the convenience of the location. It is only two hour driving from Toronto and hotel has beautiful scenery looking to the lake. the free breakfast of good quality makes easier and happy and also free coffee in the lobby. I would recommend to my friends to stay in this hotel for family vacation. The suite we stayed in surpassed our expectations. Tastefully decorated and super clean! The bed was very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the scenic view of the wharf from our balcony. The complimentary coffee and evening snack were a very nice touch.

  The room was beautiful and well thought out. The little spa bench in the bathroom was cool, the shower was great, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the desk space was functional and pleasant, the lighting was interesting and sort of glamorous, and the space to put my suitcase was perfect. From Russia, lovely man with - Just like being in Europe - except they have face cloths and ice machines! Excellent value for the money, and 50 yards or so from the free people mover to the airport terminals - ideal for a layover in the center of the Canadian universe. Don't listen to those people complaining about the cost of the microwave food at the bar. Sure, it's overly expensive, but the monorail will take you to the airport for free, and there are 24 hour restaurants there - not gourmet, but Swiss Chalet, Timmy's, etc

  The room was very nice. We liked your emphasis on the environment. We rated your location as "good" because most of the things we did were at the other end of the city. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to many more with your chain. The location superb and it was very quiet. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel which was great for breakfast. This hotel will be renovating which can only improve it. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again.

  I had to be located near the hospital during a bad snow storm. The Residence Inn fit the bill perfectly. Lovely room, very comfortable, accommodating staff. Breakfast was very good, not your usual hotel breakfast. I will be staying there again! Wonderful hotel!

  The hotel is well located close to shopping areas and restaurants. Parking was complimentary and adequate. The staff were courteous and very helpful. They made our one week stay a pleasure. The rooms were clean and we really liked the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave oven to store and warm food. The flat screen TV was sharp an... what people say » d there was an adequate line up of channels to view. All of the other amenities were in good condition. The AC worked well and made the room comfort - The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I needed a bath chair and raised toilet for my elderly mother and they were delivered promptly on our arrival. Also the were super with me allowing my dog to stay! Our room was at the end of the hall and I loved that we could just leave the do not disturb on the door if he was there and we were out. I also felt very comfortable that had there been any trouble or he had been distressed that I would've been called immediately.

  Clean,spacious,easy access,fridge,staff very helpful ,especially front desk person Dominque. she was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. We were there for canada games so wouldn`t have gone to sherbrooke if not for them ,but over all better then we expected . - Clean, comfortable, quiet and afforable.   Excellent location. Within walking distance of major theatres, CN Tower, Rogers Centre and subway. One bedroom suite was very large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Would recommend highly for families.
