  The Chimo Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were in Ottawa to attend our grand daughter's hockey tournament. The staff seemed to put us on a floor that didn't have hockey groups on the same floor. Therefore it was quiet at night for sleeping. We had a family emergency and had to leave early The hotel were very understanding ... what people say » and did not hold us to the 4 night that we had booked. Thank You Chimo - Upon check in, we were served by a fella who was covering a break. He had several lines ringing, and 3 check ins in front of him. He did a wonderful job in spite of these obstacles. He was very apologetic! Obviously experienced at multi tasking and serving the public. Well done!

  This resort upon arrival treated my wife & I with the utmost courtesy. I requested a room by the marina, but they are closed for renovations. So the clerk upgraded us to a one bedroom suite that was absolutely amazing. This was @ no extra cost to us & I was amazed @ what was available within that suite. I would totally recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for value for there money. - I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

  Firstly I will say that from the moment we arrived at this hotel until the moment we left we felt very comfortable and at home. Aly who met us the first night was very professional and personable. He made us feel very much at home during our entire stay at this hotel. We really appreciated the complimentary suppers as well - From the moment I arrived at the Comfort inn, I was greeted by exceptionally friendly staff that went out of they're way and certainly beyond my expectations to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed and comfortable in a very professional and friendly manner that left me impressed. My stay at the Comfort inn was nothing short of a pleasure. And I was able to get a wonderful night rest. The rooms themselves are very clean and provide everything needed. Excellent hotel, staff, service and price
