Very convenient location being next to Square One. Met our needs completely. - I liked the duvet covers on the bed, the extra blanket, the restuarant (great food) and the friendly staff.

Convenient to city locations, and highways. Good restaurants near by with nice shopping areas. Nice access to Stratford, St. Mary's and Toronto. Jack Astor's is a cool place to eat just around the corner and the service and food was very good. -

I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay! Will definitely book again! -

The Chimo Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were in Ottawa to attend our grand daughter's hockey tournament. The staff seemed to put us on a floor that didn't have hockey groups on the same floor. Therefore it was quiet at night for sleeping. We had a family emergency and had to leave early The hotel were very understanding

Upon check in, we were served by a fella who was covering a break. He had several lines ringing, and 3 check ins in front of him. He did a wonderful job in spite of these obstacles. He was very apologetic! Obviously experienced at multi tasking and serving the public. Well done!

The view of the riverfront is exceptional. Upon entering the room you will open the curtains as far as possible and never close them again.

We went with two families and the units were perfect for us to be together but still have our own space. I loved the fact that it had a kitchen which allowed us to bring all our own food, and make the vacation affordable. The room rates were also fantastic given how spacious the units are. -

I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

From the moment I arrived at the Comfort inn, I was greeted by
exceptionally friendly staff that went out of they're way and
certainly beyond my expectations to accommodate me and make me feel
welcomed and comfortable in a very professional and friendly manner that
left me impressed. My stay at the Comfort inn was nothing short of a
pleasure. And I was able to get a wonderful night rest. The rooms
