The location is perfect. It's close to the Inner Harbour, BC Parliament Building and the famous Fairmount Empress. Walking less than five minutes, you will be at the coast. The hotel was beautiful, well done reno's, the lobby is gorgeous, we stayed in an older room with older t.v. and furnishings, but was everything we needed, we spent the only time in the room sleeping, so the bed was comfortable, clean and had free wi'fi, so I could post my pics on FB as we travelled, only thing I would request going forward, is coffee offered to guests that get up before 7:30 am, when breakfast is served, we are early risers, 7Eleven is 1/2 a block away, and was a nice walk in

We arrived at a busy time but the staff were helpful, polite and welcoming. The breakfast coupon was great and we took full advantage of the dining room and enjoyed the hearty breakfast. The location was great as we just stepped out of the door, across to the leg for the Nov. 11 ceremony. When we asked for directions to another location we were given maps and clear instructions.

I was in a jam & needed a quick last minute hotel option for my visit. Internet found-All positive reviews to reassure and was very surprised to walk into out beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbour & better yet.. An excellent choice & will definitely be staying agin. Every aspect of downtown Victoria were in walking distance for us (as its a busy town with limited parking). I recommended this hotel to all my friends & family for furure stays. You won't be disapointed
