  We had a wonderful 2 days here. Loved it, close to everything. Free breakfast was simply delicious. Enjoyed our leisurely evening drinks also. We told everyone how nice we had it. We will be back. Thank you so much for everything. - Nice facility very close to the Falls, Skylon and all the the central attractions. Reasonable room rate.

  I was travelling with a friend who has severe mobility issues,so I inquired about renting a wheelchair from the hotel. They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. We will return for sure, in large part because each member of staff we encountered went out of his/her way to be courteous a - The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Ex- they held onto our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well - check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between romance, luxury and city trip.

  We're here for the holiday and are very pleased with our accommodations and our stay. We have the Jr suite w/ the Jacuzzi in the room and we're really happy w/ our room - clean, cozy and comfortable, convenient to everything! We were able to walk to the Skylon Tower for dinner and we can walk down to the falls I'd we wanted to (which we might do a... what people say » ctually). The service was very reasonable. Not super warm, fuzzy and friendly but indeed friendly, helpful, attentive none the less. I don't need ppl - We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast. Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.

We were located right at the heart of the action, just a couple of minutes walk away from Clifton Hill where all the action is happening ! No cab or bus necessary, everything is at a walking distance. Staff was very nice to us and we would for sure consider going back there if we travel back to Niagara. Thanks a lot !
