friendly staff easy access to attractions and use of local amenities (the hilton next door,vouchers for shuttle bus and local restaurants). Location was great - Staff was very nice... Overall a good value for the money. Friendly staff, requested some forks and knives to be brought up to the room to cut a birthday cake - service was prompt, items were delivered 5 minutes later. .

When a nearby room took a shower or maybe a jacuzzi, the sound of the water coming through pipes, down their drain, etc...was deafening from within our hotel room. It was as loud as if I'd been in a shower. Couldn't even sleep through the sounds of their jacuzzi/shower drainage. no fridge in room only one arm chair for two. Breakfast was to expensive and not very god. The breakfast Buffet in the hotel was not that good. There was not much of a selection and they offered the same thing the next day, boring.The reception area required updating. I paid extra for a falls view, however this was in fact quite disappointing. Don't take the breakfast at this hotel, it is not very good and very expensive ! Go to Starbucks on the other site of the road !!. room service... there was none.... the restaurant should have been open for more then just breakfast... Unexpected "full" valet parking for $23.00. This was the only choice as there were no other places to park nearby the hotel.full-parking-service is very good, but too expensive. generally a good hotel offering value for money. Room did not seem to be an executive room, our panoramic city view was looking at the construction site from one small window. The valet. There is no way they would have been able to drive our carand they kept insisting, if we would have used the valet service our carwould not be able to make it home because the fuel injectors are messedup. I just didn't like how people kept trying to make you spend moremoney on things that you did not need. You should give people a bookleton special offers instead.Staff could have been nicer. We did not receive the room reserved. The room reserved was for an executive room with 2 queen beds on floors between 14 and 17, We received a room with 2 double beds on floor 5.We had 2 rooms, and the front desk girl who checked us in said there was no connecting rooms but don't worry the second room is right across the hall. Well we reserved 2 room one for me and wife and one for my 3 kids including an 8 yr old, the rooms ended up being at complete opposite ends of the floor with about 20 rooms and set of elevators in between us. Information about long distance call. do not have free shufflt to travel Niagara~. I did not like the fact that their wasn't any parking available, but only valet parking. For a higher quality hotel parking should be free...everything.it was totally different info on the hotel website than it was when we arrived.
