They were very friendly family, couldnt do enough for us, we had a small problem when we were there, an earwig was in our room, immediatly they wanted to change our room, but, I said hey our room is on ground level you have to expect the odd bug to get in, other then that we had a great time, also, the next day even after check out, they let us leave our baggage /bags there until we left that night at 10pm, I ask u would any of the other big hotels let you do that without it costing you extra m.

We were located right at the heart of the action, just a couple of minutes walk away from Clifton Hill where all the action is happening ! No cab or bus necessary, everything is at a walking distance. Staff was very nice to us and we would for sure consider going back there if we travel back to Niagara. Thanks a lot !. The location was GREAT. There was no need to use a car until it was time to leave. The beds were comfortable and bedding soft and luxurious. We use the pool and it was perfect for a hot day. A super location when traveling with kids. The family staff are incredible, they make you feel like home. Room number 1was clean. I really recommended it. Everything is very close. Next time I will be with them. There coffee are great. The staff were excellent, very friendly. The rooms were clean, large, and the hotel is in a great location. You can't ask for much more with that excellent price!. The staff was amazing an it was super close to everything. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and very accommodating!. the price was awesome, the room was small but nice and clean, the location is great but can get loud when the bars get out. the front desk manager was, very good and helpfull. as a matter of fact i just recomended it to a friend. Wasn't ready the swimming pool. we had a bad experience in that we discovered bed bugs in our room. we found alternative lodging near by and left. The Victoria Motor Inn refunded our rooms 100%. Guest parking is somewhat higher then other chains in the area. the linens (very outdated), cracks in walls, the couch faced an empty wall, the smell, fan in bathroom not properly installed,. don't like that I had to pay a $10 parking fee when I am a guest there. Then come back at night and not have a spot to park because they rent out parking to other people. I thought it as old and tired. No elevator, clock, frig, blow dryer, or iron. the water ran slow in the bathtub on off. it was like that when we got to the room. it was clean but definitely in need of an update. for what we got, I thought it very overpriced. Odour of room; smelled like cigarettes Washroom faucet did not work Customer Service was poor Misleading Prices. The room-no hot water - no phones - lock broken on the bathroom door-shower faucets broken other guest partying until 4:00am loud and drunk-beer cans all over the parking lot in am- worst experience I have ever had.would stay there again. Un vero .... Due stelle. It was not clean and in the bathtub did not have faucet .the tv was not showing more than 2 channel .any way for me was such wast any bad experience. The room smelled like cat urine. The air didn't work. The walls going up to the 3rd floor (no elevator) were gross. The hotel charged extra for us to park there.
