I made reservations on-line, but at the time I did not know their was a discount for those on a medical trip.   We couldn't have had a more comfortable stay. First we were upgraded to a larger room with kitchen and bathroom for disabled guests. Super clean and inviting. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the continental breakfast was adequate although rather pre-packaged, which surprised me since it is a very eco-friendly hotel in every other aspect. - ... what people say » When we had a problem it was resolved quickly. Our air conditioning stopped working and without question, Patrick, the desk clerk was at our room to see what he could do for us. It required maintenance so he had keys to the suit next to ours in hand and moved us immediately. We were most impressed and thankful.

Very personable, asked how our stay was, related to us well by saying he'd been to our home town etc. He was very friendly to a young boy asking a question at the front desk.   we liked being in the tower - the room and the hallways were clean and bright. The bar, restaurant and Denny's were conveniently located. - Even though we showed up early to check in, our room was ready and we were very well received. The room was very nice.
