Mostly the friendliness when we arrived ,felt just like there waiting for us to arrive and made us feel right at home.has excellent service ,and the shuttle was a real plus as we left in the wee hours of the morning (3AM ) and every one was still very cheery and helpful great place to stay ! would stay again Thanks!. We had a great experience at the Sheraton Four Points Kelowna. I is the perfect spot to stay when flying. The staff was excellent and greeted everyone as the came through the door. all reviews » We used the Hotel for one night ,we were flying from Kelowna early the next morning,we found it all very good ,was very convenient location and we were able to leave our vehicle there as well . Just needed a place to stay that had a shuttle to kelowna airport. I believe this is the only one!! Enjoyed the restaurant !! The room was nice and quiet and the shuttle driver was very nice!. Pool slide was fantastic! Never change it! Best hotel slide ever. Staff was super friendly, even your janitorial staff as we passed them in hallways!. Everything. Brand new. Clean. Spacious. Conveniently situated for taking our flight out of Kelowna. Nice restaurant with good food. Excellent location for air travellers. Food was terrific and servers were fantastic. Rooms and beds very comfortable as well as clean. The Hospitality of staff including restrurant staff. Was amazing. Catering to even the smallest request. New Facilities!! Great Service, Nice Hot tub & small pool. Close to the airport and UBCO. We really enjoyed the comfortable room complete with a king sized bed. Brand new hotel. All facilities are excellent. That i had to pay extra to keep my car their when in my booking .Com you had advertised that parking was free even if we were not staying there ,although the car appeared to been safe while we were away , I felt I should have know in advance. That payment was required . Your advertising suggested parking was free for our entire trip. We still would have stayed there happily and paid had your hotel been honest about the cost up front. It seemed like false advertising, and we had to pay separately for it. The views from the windows are industrial but can't do much about that because of location near airport. Perhaps some trees wii grow up some day as screening. The restaurant food was hit and miss. Presented nicely but on occasion both of our meals failed to impress. The extensive wine list was very nice. TV difficult to operate initially. Operations guide incomprehensible, did not work. Needed to call on staff to help. Desk gave key to our room to another guest. Fire alarm (false) went off mid evening. Loud music form even on ground floor audible in third floor room until after 11 pm. Wake up call system malfunctioning. Tissue box with only two tissues in it. Irritation that need attention. the price of food is high at the restaurant.
