Сам отель находится на втором этаже этой пристройки и когда мы поднялись по лестнице, мы увидели маленькую рецепцию с молодой девушкой, говорящей х - People always smiling and friendly treatment. The service was excellent and always caring for the wellness of the guest. The best staff I have ever found in Sofia in all my visits from hotels and hostels. The location is perfect because there are many stores and mall of Sofia very near.

  Great location, very clean and the service was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and would use again if in Sofia. - Staff were friendly and courteous ( spoke good English ). The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. All in all it was very good value.

  Every single thing... It was an excellent stay and after my experience with the hotel in greece this was paradise. I do not thing anyone would have something to complain about. - Very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent restaurants on site.
