It is a very comfortable, home-like, cosy hotel; extremely clean and at a perfect location. The rooms are very well heated (in winter; and equipped with air conditioning for the hot months) and one can't hear the traffic. The staff is very accommodating (thank you for making our stay a most pleasant one!). It is a good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I can say just one thing "wonderful"! The hotel is very design, clean and cosy. The people were very kind and smiling. The rooms are large and very well designed in wonderful french style. The lovely rooms are very clean and comfortable with new modern bathroom/toilets, radio/clock, hair dryer new furniture & additional bedding if needed. Yordan is a perfect host who gives a pickup from airport service and can order hot food if required. Yordan is fluent in english french and I believe german too and he is very helpful. Avel

great host! I was very happy that he picked me up at the airport since
taxis there can often overcharge tourists.The facility was very clean
and comfortable. While not in the city center, it was easy to get there
by a trolley bus. It's located in a safe neighborhood. Overall, I
was very happy with this Guest House and highly recommend it for anyone
looking for budget accommodations in Sofia! -
It was a perfect guest house for our last night before flying home!
Close to the airport, so we didn't need to drive anymore with our
car into the centre of the city. There is a nice garden, where we could
stay and relax. The owner was very warm and kind, offered us some wine -
so we didn't have to go to the supermarket - and we had a nice talk
with him in the garden. The guest house is as descriped in letsbookhotel.com,
so we got what we expected and were happy!

This is a nice place to stay. Free and fast Wifi. Walking distance to the centre. Mall of Sofia 10 minute walk. Supermarkets and restaurants a short walk. Load of laundry is 3 euro. Private parking in the next street for 5 euro per day. There is no free public parking. Big clean room but tiny bathroom. Air-con costs an extra 1 euro per day. -

Gery who lives at Hotel Sofia Guesthouse speaks some English and she made coffee and tea for us each morning. She washed our clothes too (3 euros a load ).
