  It was great value for the money and great location for us (we attended an event in South Park).   Great location, very clean and the service was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and would use again if in Sofia. - Staff were friendly and courteous ( spoke good English ). The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. All in all it was very good value.

  Every single thing... It was an excellent stay and after my experience with the hotel in greece this was paradise. I do not thing anyone would have something to complain about. - Very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent restaurants on site.

  Arte has absolutely lovely people and I was given a great smoking room at a very reasonable rate. Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help.
