Instead of long sentences I prefer to give an idea with some keywords: easy access from airport, easy to find, easy check in, no need to a key, no need to a reception, very well working concierge, very close to metro, ultra clean, modern decorated and new, full kitchen utensile, (no salt,pepper,oil etc.), very close to market "Billa", daily room cleaning except weekends, good quality TV with plenty of TV channels, close to city center, Perfect place to stay. I definately stay there again.

Located right in the heart of Vienna, 3 min. walk to the opera, 1 min. walk to the subway. Nearby there are supermarkets, many cafes and restaurants. If you go back in Vienna, without a doubt stay here. Excellent location. Close to the Opera, U-station, Belveder. Kitchen facilities has all you need. The view from the windows is closed, but the room is very quiet. The reception system is very comfortable. A very good value to the money and an excellent service from the stuff. Very good location: 10 minutes walking distance from touristic area. Complete grocery store within 200 meters. Underground within 200 meters. Very modern, clean. "No contact" check-in and check-out can be a bit intimidating but worked perfectly. Public parking very close. Great location - walking distance to everything. Great communication with owner re details. Parking area great value and only a short walk way. Wifi good. Generally we were pleasantly surprised with how good it was for the price. Non parking space in front of building may be a problem as you have to carry it from the parking (500 m.). No A/C in the apartment. Busy street, sleeping with window open may be a bit of problem. Minor items lacking in the apartment: no dish cloth, no soap/shampoo (except hand soap) in the bathroom. Only needed darker curtains. I wish the room had some shampoo & body soap. I wish the shower had somewhere to place shampoo & body soap; the only possibility was to place them on the floor. I wish the blinds in the bedroom could provide total darkness; the morning sun was waking me up early. I could hear some traffic noise from my street-facing, 2nd floor room. The hot weather.. ( not hosts fault :) ). Ahead of the bed there is a big window. There is no curtain to avoid the light in the morning so for me it was hard to sleep due to the light. I find that a big handicap for my next booking as I'm sensitive to light when sleeping but if you are not, is OK. Nothing!. View from window was to another building that is just 2 m far, there are no blinds on windows and no carpets on floor so you feel a bit cold in a apartment. - why there was no air-conditioner?! instead we were given a fan... in summer it's not enough and we had to leave window open. there was a switcher for conditioner, hope it'll be fixed for other visitors. Nothing. There was no view from my window (Apt 10). The noise from outside. I didn't realise at the time of booking that it's more like a student accommodation not a residential apartments. However it is lovely and convenient and I'd stay again. low pillow difficult to find (no signes on the street). Really hot in summer, no A/C. Bad air circulation because the window opened to a dark backyard. stayed for 2 nights, very too hot,so impossible to sleep at night as the appartment doesnt have a/c and the only window is on the main street that is very busy!Too bad,at least in the summer!. but unfortunately faces a major road and is noisy. no aircon. poor sound insulation. The apartment wasn't Very clean. The building is under refurbish and the flor seems dirty from painting. There is no air condition.
