Very easy access to shopping, transport, and location is literally just up the street from all the famous landmarks of Vienna. We would happily stay there again anytime we are in Vienna.

1. We arrived at 13h15, and were told the apartment wasn’t ready, and they would need at least an hour to clean it. We left our luggage and went away for 4 hours. We got into the apartment to find there was still trash in the bin from the previous occupants 2. The access to the lifts for someone with luggage is very bad. You have to carry your stuff up several steps to get to the lift. They should put in a ramp.

The hotel is in a fantastic location near Karlsplatz and St Stephens. There is a lot of options for cafes & restaurants nearby. Apartment was very spacious and had a tons of space for our 1 year old to run around.

It was pricey but worth it.

This is one of the best hotel I have stayed over the 2 weeks in Europe. I have stayed at 4 and 5 stars hotel during my 2 weeks in Europe but this apartment is way too good and i decided to leave a comment here.There's always a reason why the rating is 9++.

Fantastic location. Very clean. Plenty of space. Little touches not normally associated with apartments; 24hr front desk, beer and water in the fridge, daily cleaning, shower gel etc etc.

Being woken at 7.50am (November 13) by the numerous pneumatic drills on the construction site next door. Disappointed that we weren't informed of possible noise beforehand.

Great location, one block from opera house, 50M from karlsplatz Ubahn. Staff very helpful. Room large and comfortable. Highly recommend.

A little more expensive than a hotel, but if you don't mind the extra cost it is a great place to stay for several days.

The room was very comfortable and huge for this price. It was fully equipped with all necessary things. We were very surprised to see stereo-system. Very convenient bed and sofa.

When I was making booking on letsbookhotel.com it was information, that breakfast was included, but it wasn't. That's the only thing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was large,quiet and very comfortable. This is the second time I stayed in a Derag property and I will definitely use them again.

One small item. There was 2 complementary bottles of beer in the fridge. The previous occupant had drunk most of the contents of one bottle and replaced the cap on it!

Apartment was well placed and had all we needed. Cleaning = great and efficient.

Not well enough signed. Pillows are dreadful - more air than substance and not sufficient. Would be good to give visitors a sheet listing items which they can borrow as I nearly bought a new adaptor plug - I was lent one which was wonderful.

I loved the room. Very nice and clean and comfortable. The staff was great as well, especially Richard at the front desk who was very helpful in helping me get around.

The hallways and elevator area need to be painted and cleaned. When I was going to the room I was concerned as to what I would find, but than the room was perfect. I am wondering why the hallways are not kept as nice.

Our apartment was spacious and very clean. While the hotel lobby was small and tired looking and unimpressive (the front facade of the building was also dull), the apartments were great--you can't tell a book by its cover !!

The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

The air-conditioner was very loud but that may have only been in our particular room.

The hotel is well located, close to the subway station, and lots of the city cites. The cute reception guy is really helpful, he gave us some good suggestions about the stuff we want to buy. The apartment we live is great, with a kitchen and all kinds of cooking stuff inside.

The house keeper left a bottle of water she drunk in the room.

We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. Climate control was the best I've ever had abroad, with separate (and effective!) controls for the bedroom and living area. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also a large dining table in the living area.) Although this apartment faced the street, we had no noise problems at all. All the windows are double (not double paned, but actually two windows to open and close) and seemed very effective at blocking noise. At the time we were there, there was some construction going on on the building next door during the day and this was the only noise we could hear when windows were closed. The maid service was great and got us cleaning and towel replacement each day. Employees at the desk were uniformly polite and helpful.

Our only complaint was that the internet service is unsecured and rather slow, something that seemed quite minor considering the advantages of this place.

The reconstraction works are begining near the appartments. So untill 8.00 a.m impossible to sleep, even on saturdays and sundays So if you like to wake up late, you have to look something else. The windows of our room where to inside garden, so no view at all.
