Very quiet even though in the city, very clean and comfortable. THe breakfast!

Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging. I will never forget that.

The reciptionists are not smiling, I do not know why?The breakfast is not including and if so it would be very expensive.

there were omly executive rooms available for our stay ...which meant we ahd access to the 'executive lounge' this was a great facility ....alomost like a members bar ...that had all day tea and coffee and soft drinks..also a small selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner

Brand new hotel with well appointed rooms and plenty of space. Parking was free! Overall, a lovely hotel in a great location.

i like the hotel staff, they where endlessly polite and kind, always ready to help and be of assistance in any way. i loved the hotel staff - they deserve a 5 star :)

I love this hotel very much. When I checked in, there's a cute girl impressed me so much. Her smile is very friendly and attactive. And I also booked ticket there, and the employee is very helpful and patient.Also, I love the style of the room and the location of the Hotel. Strongly recommended!

Concierge was extremely helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. The hotel was of a very high standard and we do a lot of travel so know how rare it is to get something like this for the price.

They could freshen up the food more often in the executive lounge on the 7th floor. It was often stale.

Excellent modern and spacious facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Although the breakfast was 19 euro per person, the selection was abundant and a chef prepares omelettes and eggs to order. We found the cost to be very competitive compared to cafes in Vienna.

The selection of food in the restaurant and bar was limited.
