We could not recommend this hotel highly enough and we would definitely return. One point to note. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For breakfast there was a selection of good food that made for us a very good start of the day. The location was ideal to catch an early bus to the airport in Swedenplatz. The hotel was basic, but clean and allowed us to drop off our luggage until check-in. The hotel was the least expensive in the area, even off season when we needed to make a last minute booking. We felt it was a great value for the price. The reservation included a breakfast but we had to leave to catch a 5am bus to the airport and were not able to see the quality of the breakfast.

Location was fabulous, a few minutes walk from the museum quarter, 15mins or so to st stephens catherdral and the shopping streets, underground only a few minutes walk, supermarket across the street, cafe and restaurants galore. Street is parallel to a street with more shoes, handbags and clothing stores you could wish for, staff very obliging all in all a great hotel.

The staff went out of their way to assist us - we had a late night flight and, after checking out of the Pension in the morning, staff stored our luggage until 6pm at no cost. We also had to catch a train before the usual breakfast times at the Pension so staff very kindly supplied a 'picnic' breakfast for us before we left. Rooms were very spacious.
