The Pension is in the middle of everything-easy access to the sights and travel connections. The staff were very helpful and always on hand to answer enquiries. The breakfast buffet was really good-a great way to start the day, with plenty of choice. Here is an amazing food market at street level, providing a huge range of quality produce and take away food if desired. Location was fabulous, a few minutes walk from the museum quarter, 15mins or so to st stephens catherdral and the shopping streets, underground only a few minutes walk, supermarket across the street, cafe and restaurants galore. The location was ideal to catch an early bus to the airport in Swedenplatz. The hotel was basic, but clean and allowed us to drop off our luggage until check-in. The hotel was the least expensive in the area, even off season when we needed to make a last minute booking. We felt it was a great value for the price. The reservation included a breakfast but we had to leave to catch a 5am bus to the airport and were not able to see the quality of the breakfast.

The staff went out of their way to assist us - we had a late night flight and, after checking out of the Pension in the morning, staff stored our luggage until 6pm at no cost. We also had to catch a train before the usual breakfast times at the Pension so staff very kindly supplied a 'picnic' breakfast for us before we left. Rooms were very spacious.
