  I really liked the apartment. First of all, holder of the apartment- Vivien, was very helpful. She answered to all questions about apartment and also helped with finding the apartment in Vienna (wrote the detailed description how to get from Airport to apartment). We were welcomed by a student- Anna- who was very helpful and friendly plus- answere... what people say » d to all questions about sightseeing spots, map, metro etc. Apartment is really - ridiculously - close to the centre. Even more- it was at the middle - Fantastic central location near Stephansplatz, at a quiet street with little traffic. Close to cafés, restaurants and a supermarket. Apartment fully equipped with everything we needed for our 5 night stay, even including a dishwasher and microwave oven. This was so much better than just a hotel room. We recommend this to 100% for anyone, who wants a comfortable stay in central Vienna.

It's location, helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of rooms, breakfast was suberb. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough and we would definitely return. One point to note. On booking we were unable to get Standard room and booked the Classic which was only very slightly more expensive but was well worth it as the rooms were at lot bigger.

  Our room was pretty spacious. The Hotel is a few meters away from all major attractions for those who wish to explore the city on foot and also for those who prefer to use the underground. Literally a few steps from the old city and main landmarks. Helpful staff at the reception. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For breakfast there was a selection of good food that made for us a very good start of the day. This hotel will be my first choice if I come to Vienna again.
