  The staff would go out of their way to help you nothing was a problemfor them they recommended restaurants where to see and there was a younggirl working the bar who looked school age but ran it so efficently andshe makes the best hot chocolate after a days walking just what youneed.   Our room was pretty spacious. The Hotel is a few meters away from all major attractions for those who wish to explore the city on foot and also for those who prefer to use the underground. Literally a few steps from the old city and main landmarks. Helpful staff at the reception. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For breakfast there was a selection of good food that made for us a very good start of the day. This hotel will be my first choice if I come to Vienna again.

The room was clean and functional (a nice attention, the chocolate on the pillow). The breakfast room is very plesant and there is a lot of attention given to details. The city center can be easily reached on foot.
