Our apartment was huge. Too
big perhaps:-) The location was perfect. We were just a few steps away from Figlmuller, the best wiener schnitzel in the world, and 100 meters from Stefanplatz. Everything was great except there was no privacy in the bathroom as the wall/door separating the bath, toilet and shower was glass. It's also tricky when you have more than a couple staying as you have to go through the only bedroom to go to the bathroom. But that's minor.

We could not recommend this hotel highly enough and we would definitely return. One point to note. On booking we were unable to get Standard room and booked the Classic which was only very slightly more expensive but was well worth it as the rooms were at lot bigger.

Very good location is you come from the airport by bus or train. Literally a few steps from the old city and main landmarks. Helpful staff at the reception. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For breakfast there was a selection of good food that made for us a very good start of the day. The location was ideal to catch an early bus to the airport in Swedenplatz. The hotel was basic, but clean and allowed us to drop off our luggage until check-in. The hotel was the least expensive in the area, even off season when we needed to make a last minute booking. We felt it was a great value for the price. The reservation included a breakfast but we had to leave to catch a 5am bus to the airport and were not able to see the quality of the breakfast.

The staff went out of their way to assist us - we had a late night flight and, after checking out of the Pension in the morning, staff stored our luggage until 6pm at no cost. We also had to catch a train before the usual breakfast times at the Pension so staff very kindly supplied a 'picnic' breakfast for us before we left. Rooms were very spacious.
