Amazing place with a beautiful view of Salzburg. It is close to the historical centre but in the middle of nature at the same time. Hotel has been renovated and now it's a modern hotel in the heart of old town. Excellent location! Really close to all main attractions. And in spite of that you won't be disturbed by noise. It's quiet because the hotel stands at back street (but nearby Dom, Residence etc.).

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was superb (1-1/2km to train station and walking distance to old town Salzburg), the street (Linzergasse) was pretty and vibrant, the hotel was clean and very comfortable, and the service was excellent! If you love to stick your head out the window and see what's going on in the street below, ask for a room facing the front (fun!). There are also lovely quiet rooms facing the back. The manager was extremely helpful with advice and suggestions
