The hotel is ideally situtated, very close to everything (the subway, the great market Naschmarkt, shopping areas and tourist attractions).
The room was clean and functional (a nice attention, the chocolate on the pillow). The breakfast room is very plesant and there is a lot of attention given to details.

Centrally located in district 1 with bus station just in front of the
hotel (or you could walk approx. 5 mins to the nearests underground
station). Groceries are nearby if you want to save on dining out. And
the old town is just approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk along the Danube canal
in front of the hotel.
Excellent staff who are super friendly and helpful. Laundry + drying at €7.50. Sauna and gym facilities (we didn't use aanyways, but the facilities look well-maintained)

We would definitely stay there again. - The proximity to the center of town and at the same time far enough not to be distrubed by the football crowd. We arrived in Vienna one day before the final game of the UEFA Cup. The kind reception by the different concierges and all the staff. Extremely polite and very helpful.
