The staff would go out of their way to help you nothing was a problemfor them they recommended restaurants where to see and there was a younggirl working the bar who looked school age but ran it so efficently andshe makes the best hot chocolate after a days walking just what youneed. Location is very convenient. The city center is 10 minutes away by tram and there is a train station around the corner with direct trains from / to the airport. (use regular train, and avoid the CAT, way too expansive !!)
Apartment is big, clean and quiet. Bed is very comfy. There is laundry and fitness facility! You need to call a number to schedule your ETA, etc and it's working well. People on the phone are very friendly.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Quite well situated to the Praterstern railway and underground which is also a direct route the airport.
We discovered a very nice restaurant 5 minutes towards the ferris wheel called Gasthaus Moslinger which is very good and convenient.
We also attended a brilliant concert of Austrian music at the Kursalon which is well worth a visit.
