Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging. I will never forget that. - there were omly executive rooms available

helpful staff, convenient location re public transport - The attitude and personalities of the staff, both at the front desk and in the bar was fantastic. They took an interest in who we were and where we were from and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Staff (some more than others),was very helpful in terms of what to see, where to eat, and how to use public transportation to get where we wanted to go.

We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly

For walkers, the street leads straight into Stephansplatz in the heart of the city. The rooms are modern and larger than most European hotels. However I reserved a Standard Suite room for 4 people, they gave me the Grand Lux Suite with same price. The room is clean, comfortable. Hotel staffs are helpful. This new design hotel is worth the money. The rooms are spacious, quiet, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I particularly liked the enormous shower and the seperate toilet. The staff was very nice and helpfull. We also really enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The garden was very nice to kick back and relax. The hotel is not in the centre of Vienna, but it's only 3 subway stops away from almost everything.
