  EXCELLENT service from ALL reception staff. Clean. Easy access to trams, being location on St Kilda Road. Great cafe. Good shower (altho over bath) value for money - Location idea for us as our conference was just round the corner! Accessibility was great - plenty of tramp-carts to parts of the city

Staff were friendly. The gym was A one and the pool was great to unwind after all the walking. I have recommended this shortstay to F & R had a wonderful time, oh and you had food works and bottleshop right next door also very handy.

  Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge and also a small tv in the bedroom, excellent well equipped kitchen facili... what people say » ties. We booked here to go to a cirque du soleil show which wasn't even a 10 min walk away and then we had dinner on the waterfront close to the hotel - Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

  There was a pleasant atmosphere and the big space of the reception area was inviting. My room was very clean, lovely and modern. The Bathroom was also very modern and of a good size. I requested to have a quiet room which was accomodated. It was good to have a small desk as well for working purposes. There was plenty of storage. I have also stayed at the Ibis in Brisbane, and I have been imp - The front desk staff were excellent. So helpful. We were in Melbourne looking for a flat for our daughter so had some paperwork to do. Staff did some photocopying and faxing for us and it was no trouble for them.(We had our own laptop and internet) We needed a carpark and were able to have one. I n a visit a few weeks before the weather was very hot and they gave us an iceblock and cold drink on our return from house hunting. Very thoughtful-full marks. We will certainly visit again.

  The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program!   Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished. This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear.   We overnighted as we had an early-morn departure the next day. Family (incl 2 grandchildren) joined us for dinner. My 5 yo g-son adored the pasta bolognese and ate every mouthful - he thanked the chef, too. The chef (in whites) personally delivered the ice-cream dessert, then encouraged the 3 yo to finish her vegies so she could have her desser... what people say » t too. He brought it over when she had around 2 mouthfuls left, and that spurred her to finish it and get her reward. he was just wonderful, and the - We were staying overnight en route to a convention so accommodation was very convenient. Upgraded as it was my husband's birthday which was lovely. Excellent gym and pool facilities for early morning fitness. Evening snack meal great too. Would stay again if passing through with little time to go into city. Also saved on expensive transfer in and out of city which is worth factoring into the equation of overall cost.

  The apartment was located close to shops and transport. Staff were helpful. It was great the room was serviced nearly every day. Would stay there again.

  We really like the location of the hotel and the ease at which you can connect to many of the city's attractions via walking or using the other transportation services available. Our hotel room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was beyond comfortable, nothing like your usual hard hotel bed with stiff sheets. I honestly can not remember the last time I had such a good sleep in a hotel. Definitely what I needed!
