Very friendly staff. The studio give to us was pretty much close to
everything in St. Kilda. If you can... Make sure to ask for a studio
in either 5 Acland Street or 36 Blessington Street (which is where
we stayed). Right outside the building there was a barbecue grill

The little apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was easy to book, to extend our stay for a few days, and to check out -- that was all very efficient. Just enough servicing to make keeping the place tidy, without being intrusive. Fantastic location and great value. We'll definitely stay there next time we're in Melbourne.

From the moment I checked into the hotel, I was made welcome and felt totally at home, except my home isn't as well-equipped as this wonderful hotel. the staff at Middle park were the best and most caring I have ever come across. They were young, enthusiastic, and extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Nothing was too small or too big for them to help with. ON my last afternoon there I got hit by a car door while biking. They called the hospital ER several times to check on how I was doing. How many hotels would do that?
The hotel also has great food and is in one of the nicest and friendliest neighbourhoods I have ever seen

I have stayed at Ibis many times and the staff are always wonderful both reception & room staff. I had a back injury this trip and when I checked in David on reception was at my room shortly after me with a bucket of ice for my back & would not accept a tip but wished me well in my recovery. These acts of kindness & excellent customer service are definitely remembered & appreciated.

This hotel suited us exactly it had all we needed for a short 3 day stay in Melbourne. Close to shops theatre, art centre Fedration Square and public transport. Bed was comforable, room clean and fresh, bathroom was new with good shower and loads of hot water. The cost of a three night stay was incredably inexpensive for its central city position. Not a luxury hotel if you want spa baths etc. but most definitely a good quality hotel for travellers who want a bit more than backpacker budget hot

The location was great, close to the train station, close to cheap restaurants in Chinatown, easy walk around the city from there. We loved that it is a small apartment block. We never heard a noise from the neighbouring apartments. The bed was lovely and comfy. The opening windows were very big and let in lots of natural light. Loved the dispensers in the bathroom!! So clean and neat and lovely products. It had everything we needed. Will stay there again.
