Cancellation Policy	If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged AUD 15 per night and person in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	A fixed amount of AUD 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	10.00 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet	Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan	Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
