  Shaun and the people who work at the Laxnes cant do enough for you. We had to change plans a number of times and nothing was too much trouble. They gave us great advice on the things to do and more importantly what not to do in terms of paying far too much for taxis and how to use the transport system. There's even a full bath in one. There's a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and a fridge so you can cook meals if you wish.   One of the most enjoyable places we stayed at while traveling in Iceland. Edda's Farmhouse in Town felt like home away from home, close to Reykjavik (and Keflavik), and a good starting point for exploring the southwest countryside. Close to Reykjavik, but you need a car. Nice and clean room, shared bathroom but close to the room we had. Free wifi worked, and we got a glimpse of an real icelandic home, wonderful experience! Great breakfast, with home-made bread which the host prepared herself. We had some great conversations with our host, and enjoyed learning about the culture first hand from her. Highly recommended if you are in the area!
