  The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the enjoyment of our stay. We were excited about our free upgrade to a harbor view room. We stay at this hotel at least twice a year because of visiting family living in Seward. - The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and courte... vad folk säger » ous. The hotel felt safe and the location was convenient to everything we had planned to do.

  Staff! Excellent customer service, gracious and efficient. Really care about patrons needs and comfort. And u still have smoking rooms for safety of senior citizens. Thank you. - Good location. Close to downtown. Clean and comfortable.

  We stayed at the Courtyard on the last night of a 3-week trip to Alaska because it is convenient for Ted Stevens Airport and we were flying home next day. The airport shuttle runs to a schedule and has to be pre-booked but this works well and the driver is very helpful. The rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed. - I loved the friendly s... vad folk säger » taff in the halls. When I asked questions, the woman was very polite and willing to answer. I loved how clean the room was and even though close to the airports, was a quiet location. Thank you for your hospitality.

  Stayed here the last night before leaving Alaska. Great place to stay, nice room and close to the airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle which is great for traveling. - The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful, actually go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They actually know many of their customers names.

  What an amazing relaxing place to stay, every little shop or eatery right there or within a few blocks, just to walk around downtown was awesome the staff was awesome too and very very helpful - The staff were very friendly the gym was first class The position was perfect within walking distance of just about everything
