  The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the enjoyment of our stay. We were excited about our free upgrade to a harbor view room.   We stayed at the Courtyard on the last night of a 3-week trip to Alaska because it is convenient for Ted Stevens Airport and we were flying home next day. The airport shuttle runs to a schedule and has to be pre-booked but this works well and the driver is very helpful. I loved how clean the room was and even though close to the airports, was a quiet location. Thank you for your hospitality.

  Stayed here the last night before leaving Alaska. Great place to stay, nice room and close to the airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle which is great for traveling. - The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful, actually go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They actually know many of their customers names.
