great location. helpful staff and clean cool rooms - we made a last minute booking, therfore a bargain stay! the athmosphere in the hotel was really nice, so was the location: really close to the action. nice in the room : i-pod speaker system. no parking, but a parking across the street for 24 dollar for 24 hours, wich is fair i guess.

The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. -

The young man at the front desk was very courteous and professional. I was impressed and he took good care of us. I wish I remembered his name. He was short with short hair. The night was Thursday the 16th of May at 1130pm when we checked in. Management please thank the young man for me and groom him for more responsibility!

Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and
needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally
located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln
st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit
on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively
inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

The hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was simple but tasty and as it is served in a small area you get to know the other guests. I would definately recommend this hotel.
