Good value for money comfortable rooms nicely furnished and for the price everything I would expect. We have been to this group once before and will certainly use in future when in Portsmouth visiting relatives. Will definitely try restaurant next visit as Portsmouth really needs good quality food outlets.

After being in the hotel no more than a few minutes I knew that I would definitely want to stay there again. Friendly and welcoming staff and a huge room with a wonderful view of the sea. Lovely big bathroom too. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is full of character and reminded me of holidays of my childhood. It was a very welcome change from some of the.impersonal and modern hotels I have stayed in.

Very homely place, comfortable bed, our room was clean and warm. We received a very warm welcome from the owners on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The Kingsley is ran by a really friendly couple. My room was lovely with a comfy bed and good quality bedding.
I had booked the wrong room by mistake and wanted an en suite so they were happy to get another room ready for me at 7pm.
Didn't stop for breakfast but they filled my coffee thermos with great fresh black coffee!
Will be booking again!

Everyone was really helpful and couldn't do enough to help us. We had 2one year olds with us and it was a very enjoyable stay. Having stayed in this village several times before this was the best accommodation by far. Fantastic location, lovely room - very clean, warm and cosy with a very clean and well equipped bathroom. Great bar area downstairs with friendly staff. I will definitely stay again. -

This hotel is beautiful. It is extreamily well presented and by far the best hotel I have stayed in. There is a gorgeous log fire as you enter the reception.
