Staff were fantastic, attentive, amusing and efficient. Achieved a delightful mix of comfort, luxury and relaxation for guests. The location was very rural yet within easy reach of Romsey, WInchester, Portsmouth etc. Many thoughtful touches impressed, for example the room had not only the usual tea and coffee but fresh milk was in a fridge on the landing, there were great biscuits, port, nuts and other goodies! Very clean and high quality new, well-appointed accommodation, medium comfort large bed with a nice white sheets & duvet, plenty of space in the room, the fridge was a welcome extra. The bathroom facilities were very good. Close to the main attractions (10 minute walk to the main street). Plus most attractions in walking distance. They now have a blind, which seemed an issue (from another feedback) and the room is very private.

Arrived in the dark along a single track country lane. Sat nav showing me the way to packridge farm. I couldn't see a sign for the dairy but I drove up the drive with my lights on full beam and the owner came out to greet me! Phew I was in the right place!
Very welcoming, carried my bag in and up to the room 'cafe au lait' in the main farm house.

I liked how the guy did his best to help me out when I wanted to bathe my nearly 2 year old but my room didn't have a bath, he was very helpful and sorted me out with a makeshift bath!
Just a nice place all round, very clean and comfy, in a nice quiet area (only a 5 minute drive to Paulton's Park though, ideal!) My (nearly) 2 year old seemed to like it, and slept well through the night. Facilities were top notch.

Home from home. So friendly and hospitable. I felt like i'd known Christine forever. Nothing was too much trouble. The nicest breakfast I have ever had!!! And to say I nearly didn't book it because it was continental. A cooked breakfast was offered though. And Christine very kindly offered to make me porridge. It was the nicest i'd ever tasted! B

Christine is very sweet and helpful, and she makes great conversation. The bed was the most comfortable one we came across in the B&Bs we tried this vacation. Includes basic TV, free WI-FI (though we had trouble getting signal upstairs), yummy, varied continental breakfast, and a very relaxed atmosphere. Thanks for the dinner recommendation!

Very friendly atmosphere, the owners were great. The room was spotlessand wonderfully finished in tip top condition. We have never had betterservice. Will definitely stay there again highly recomended 10/10. - Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all a very delightful few days.

After being in the hotel no more than a few minutes I knew that I would definitely want to stay there again. Friendly and welcoming staff and a huge room with a wonderful view of the sea. Lovely big bathroom too. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is full of character and reminded me of holidays of my childhood. It was a very welcome change from some of the.impersonal and modern hotels I have stayed in.

Jane who runs the Forest Tea House was a lovely and friendly woman, we loved her! She inspired us and made us feel more than welcome. The breakfast in the morning was amaazing too! bacon and eggs were cooked to perfection and lovely coffee to set us off for the long day of walking around the beautiful new forest. the beds were unbelievably comfy

The host Jane is the most caring, warm and friendly person you would meet. She made us all feel welcome and cared for in a unique way. Jane has a unique and special gift in making starngers feel welcome and cared for. The rooms were prepared in the same warm and loving manner as was the most fabulous breakfast. The location was perfect with new forest ponies all around and a freindly pig called Gertie across the road! We LOVED everything about our stay.
