  This hotel is beautiful. It is extreamily well presented and by far the best hotel I have stayed in. There is a gorgeous log fire as you enter the reception. The room was more like an apartment and had a fabulous spar bath and more charactor then you can imagine. I would recomend this hotel to everyone as it is perfect.   The initial reception was excellent and friendly. The staff were very attentive and polite and the cleanliness of the hotel was beyond reproach. It has been the best experience of staying in a UK hotel and would recommend it. They should be congratulated on such a lovely service provided. The dinner is also superb in their restaurant. - Could no... vad folk säger » t fault anything. The staff were genuinely pleased to see you. Always friendly with us and amongst themselves. Nothing was faked and if things weren't as expected matters were immediately dealt with. Classy, slick and professional. Real breakfasts!!!

  We enjoyed the spa and also found the attention to detail and service by the staff to be of a very high quality. We were pleased that the rate offered meant that we were able to visit a hotel we had long wanted to visit. - Staff very friendly without being overpowering, food excellent, spa facilities very good. Overall a very relaxing weekend
