  Very nice family hotel. We felt worm and cozy. The family room, that we ordered was comfortable. At the morning we have got exellent breakfast. I would like to mention especialiy the worm service, we received in hotel. - Great location. Unique family run hotel with warm welcome and good service.   I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar up... vad folk säger » stairs and the baby grand piano!. - We enjoyed two lunches, the pool, the beautiful views from our room and the prompt response when we were stuck in the lift due to a malfuction just prior to checking out . This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .

  Det mesta. Saknade bredband. - the Hotel is very old and it rests at the side of the river Dee. The food in the hotel is fab they have the Best Chef ever. The double rooms have a lovely balcony looking out to the river it is lovely. We got the best bargain so so cheap - we loved loooking out of our window looking at the river, and our room was so c... vad folk säger » omfortable. my mother had just passed away and my husband took me for a chill out few days,and the hotel made it possible for me to do this

  This is a friendly,welcoming family-run hotel. Our room had been recently refurbished and redecorated to a modern, high standard. Some very nice touches i.e. plenty of tea and coffee in the room, and even bottled water and biscuits. Also a mounted telescope on the table in the bay window to overlook the shore with !!   It is a very beautiful place to stay , we stayed in the luxury suit with roll top bath in looking over the river dee it was overall a stunning place to stay and will be returning - Excellent comfy bed, clean, quiet, central location, decent sized TV's, perfect room temperatures (in November).

  More or less everything. The location is very pleasant and relaxing, the area is very peaceful, the food and drink was excellent and the management and staff. were extremely helpful and friendly - The food was fantastic, and the loft room was very well equipt quiet and private.
