  Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good self-catering facilities with option for bought full breakfast and meals. Childrens corner and lawns to play on. Only12 minute steep walk downhill to Castle and Town. A bit longer coming back! - First every time in a Youth Hostel, so impressed with Conwy YH, we had a family ensuite room, clean... vad folk säger » , very comfortable. Lovely staff, always smiling and helpful. Great setting and facilities. Would definitely recommend it and go back again.

  I can't say enough nice things about this place. I got a virus on my first day so spent more time than intended in the accommodation. Great facillities; lounge with books and games, kitchen with free tea, coffee & condiments as well as space to store own food. Helpful and friendly staff. Lovely rooms. Kids loved the lounge room with the huge selection of games for them to play. Great to have the use of a very clean , fully equipped kitchen too. Would definitely recommend to others and use again ourselves.

  Great lounge area, good kitchen, great company ! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Small hostel. Owner had thoughtfully turned heater on in my room - so warm and toasty ! Fantastic value.   Very hood value for the price. Clean room (dorm) and toilets/bathrooms. Well-located, very short walk to station, main street and beach promenade; easy parking in nearby streets. Good breakfast with different choices. - Staff was excellent! It was like staying in someone's home instead of a hostel. Absolutely beautiful.
