  We really appreciated the upgraded room to sea-view, the hotel was very clean and we loved the leisure facilities - lovely indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna! Excellent breakfast. We would definately stay again and the room price was very reasonable too.   It was fantastic, a really good break, fantastic room/suite, excellent spa, a really good character hotel in excellent surroundings. - The whole experience was idyllic. Food was excellent.

  I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar up... vad folk säger » stairs and the baby grand piano!. - We enjoyed two lunches, the pool, the beautiful views from our room and the prompt response when we were stuck in the lift due to a malfuction just prior to checking out . This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .

  Hugh and Janet where wonderful host's and made us feel very welcome. The room was big and beautifully furnished with wonderful views. The food was sublime and the whole experience was brilliant. We had an evening meal on Saturday and the food was excellent, and at no time were we rushed to vacate the table. The hotel and bedrooms are very tastefully furnished.

The breakfast staff deserve praise for their demeanour and unobtrusive attentive service.   i had made a mistake on booking our rooms and left our young daughter off the booking i only realised the day before arrival, the staff were fantastic and bent over backwards to accomadate us, nothing was to much trouble, just wanted to also add the we were very impressed with the evening meal and huge breakfast!!!!!!! - amazing breakfast thank you
