  The staff were particularly friendly and there was a great atmosphere. Open log fire, very welcoming when first arrived. Looked after Mrs Folks very well when I had to go to meeting. - Good food friendly staff

  Compared to a Scottish hotel we stayed at the breakfasts and Bar meals were first class. We found the staff and owners were very helpfull, freindly and well mannered. It was nice to sit out near to the historic bridge and River Conway also the view from the room has very good views. The room was very good, extras close to hand En suite bathroom. B... vad folk säger » eds were that comfortable I wanted to take it home - Catered well for our needs. Very flexible when early breakfats requested.

  Very, very nice and kind staff, brilliant atmosphere in the hotel - just charming. Great place for exploring North Wales, definitely I’ll go there again in the summer. And meals.... mhhhhhh...   the staff was freindly. food was good room was clean beds comfortable enjoyed my stay. for the money i paid well worth it - lovely and quite, and the breakfast was very good.

  The hotel was described in it's brochure as 'Luxury on the River Dee'...and it certainly was that! Our room was large, clean and had a balcony with fantastic views overlooking the river. I would definitely recommend booking one of the VIP rooms for the extra £20 or so. The staff on reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful and ... vad folk säger » I will definitely be coming back! - Family run, extremely nice but not pretentious, rooms very comfortable, the food was excellent, there was a good choice available and portion size was good. Would highly recommend.
