  The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

  The apartment entained a kitchen and living room. It was very clean and clean towels were provided 5 days a week.   Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   From the champagne welcome on our arrival all the staff were smiling and friendly. The room was palatial with a large balcony views of the sea and the mountains.Cleaning was everyday and excellent standard. The restaurant was excellent,broad range of foods.Andres our waiter was wonderful a Five star treatment. Had a great 70th Birthday here, fabulous. - The hotel was wonderful. The h/b was buffet which put us off at first but upon our first visit we found the selection was jaw dropping and the quality was first class. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful or friendly. We spend most of the time around the pool but ventured for the short walk to playa del duque which is lined with glorious restaurants for lunchtime snacks with views to die for. Woukd thouroughly recommend.

  easy going atmosphere and good priced quality restaurant very handy location to see the islands best scenery - Unusual set up, rooms above shopping centre but all rooms had balconies and we could see La Gomera from ours. Cleaning staff really thorough, room clean with no cockroaches. In a good location.   The bungalows were ideal for us very spacious. The complex is very well situated with a lot of activities to suit all ages(these extra activities can be booked off the complex). Wifi is available in most areas you struggle to a signal on the edge of the complex which is no big deal.   Viss "konservativ" atmosfär. Utmärkt mat. Vänlig personal - Receptionen var öppen dygnet runt och dess personal var mycket tillmötesgående. Det fanns flera pooler, restaurang, barer och underhållning inom hotellet. Även en pool på takterassen. Priset inkl. frukost och middag. Gratis buss till centrum.
