  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   Lovely comfortable newly refurbished flat (very comfy bed) overlooking the Plaza and a stone's throw from the beach and cafes and restaurants. Lots of proper shops, cash point etc not just souvenirs. Taxi rank at top of hill. Cinthia who looked after us was brilliant even though she didn't speak English.

You could find really everything was you need at home, like new cooker, brand new microwave, oven, new - The location of these apartments is amazing..   Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway. The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view. The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

They really care about your needs and your Hotel experience. At the same time the Hotel as beautiful Villas and the all - The villa was fantastic with its own pool. It was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. The buffet breakfast was great and staff were really nice. There was a playground which was brilliant and a putting course which the children enjoyed. The hotel also ran a free miniclub for children. Oana who ran the club was brilliant with the children and there was supervised activities during the day. The playroom where the club took place was fantastic. Great toys for the children and my 12 month old
