  Beautiful building, very traditional and well cared for in centre of old town. Parking right outside hotel. Good sized room with superb bathroom in mosaic. Friendly and enthusiastic staff who despite not speaking English managed to communicate very effectively. Very different from your average hotel and this was its charm. - Beautiful, comfortable rooms; friendly and helpful staff; unique historic Alhambra-inspired building; hearty breakfast; pool; gorgeous gardens and view all the way to the sea; internet access; walking distance to historic sites in city. We were fortunate to receive a mesmerizing tour of the impressive art featured throughout the building.

  Very fresh & easy. Fully equipped with everything you might need. Iron, computer, flat screen tv, all kitchen hardware, laundry machine - all you might need + extra. Very nice view from the balcony, there you can spend some nice morning coffee, or dinner on comfortable furniture. We loved it much!   Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. The position in the banana plantations with views to the sea is peaceful and very attractive. ~The manager, Pedro, was extremely helpful, particularly with a problem we had with the car. He speaks very good English.   We have been already in seven resorts in the Canary Island. Tenerife Royal Gardens is in our view the best one ever! Spacious apartment, beautiful equipped. Everything you need during your holiday. Beautiful and stylish living room. You could find really everything was you need at home, like new cooker, brand new microwave, oven, new - The location of these apartments is amazing.. Within walking distance of all the best bars, restaurants and shops. Including a small supermarket right next door! Also only a 15min bus journey to Siam Park. Sylvia and Roberto - 10/10!! They couldn't have been more helpful.. Even with the prospect of having to ring the fire brigade to get our safety deposit box open! THANKYOU :)
