  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices The hotel is very clean. Clearly they have an excellent rota to clean not only the main things that people can see ... vad folk säger » immediately but also for the things that people don't necessarily notice. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   easy going atmosphere and good priced quality restaurant very handy location to see the islands best scenery - Unusual set up, rooms above shopping centre but all rooms had balconies and we could see La Gomera from ours. Cleaning staff really thorough, room clean with no cockroaches. In a good location. No parking dedicated to Hotel,... vad folk säger » but we always found somewhere on the road nearby, and this is free. A car park opposite is not yet open.
