We only needed a room for a couple of nights near to the airport after our holiday and this place was perfect - we could watch the planes taking off and landing from our balcony which also overlooked the golf course. It may sound like this could be very noisy but we didn't find it intrusive & it was something to watch while we had our breakfa

Everything was clean, staff were very friendly and the apartment was
very spacious and equipped with everything you could need-a true home
from home. The maids were constantly cleaning, changing beds and towels,
all communal areas were immaculate and the resort was very peaceful. In

From the champagne welcome on our arrival all the staff were smiling and friendly. The room was palatial with a large balcony views of the sea and the mountains.Cleaning was everyday and excellent standard. The restaurant was excellent,broad range of foods.Andres our waiter was wonderful a Five star treatment.

Had a great 70th Birthday here, fabulous. -
The hotel was wonderful. The h/b was buffet which put us off at
first but upon our first visit we found the selection was jaw dropping
and the quality was first class. The staff couldn't have been any
more helpful or friendly. We spend most of the time around the pool but
ventured for the short walk to playa del duque which is lined with
glorious restaurants for lunchtime snacks with views to die for. Woukd
thouroughly recommend.

Private beach and free transport to the beach with golf buggy about 600m.
Tasty food in restaurants, but a bit expensive. Diner for two persons about 100eur.
Good service by the swiming pools. -
This is the very very good hotel, very high level, very good
organisation. Children was very happy, beach beautiful and calm.

The apartment was first class to me it was like home from home it was very comfortable with a full kitchen with all the equipment you would have in your own home I did not even have to buy washing up liquid or kitchen towels everything you needed was provided in the price and the cleaners kept the apartment Very clean a big flat screen TV in sitti

On first arriving the very friendly staff at check in welcomed us this
continued right through our stay . Lovely studio small kitchen with
everything provided, best Ive been in beautiful pool area very
comfortable sun beds lovely bar and itialian resturant had good menu
.Towel rental for 4.00 was great area was quiet but there is 2-3 bars
plently of places to eat our favourite was Tapas and Chilli very tasty
and Volare bar next door worth a visit supermarket on complex is a
little over priced b

Stayed there for a week. Very friendly english speaking staff at reception. Nice, clean and spacious apartment, good beds. Rural environnement with mountain and seeviews.10 minutes busride to Los Cristianos busstation, close to beach and supermarket (free Bonocard for bus available at reception). Free or paid carpark (€2,p.d.) available. Good meal

Everything was fine.Friendly staff,a lot of info about what to do in Tenerife as well as internet access (2eur=30min).Room and common areas clean and comfortable.
Parking 2eur a day,but you can park just around the corner for free (we did :)
Good bus service to city-10 min.

The all inclusive is the best way to go for the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we wouls highly recomend the hotel with the all inclusive to any one.
