Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway.
The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view.
The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked.

Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

Lugnt och avkopplande med bra läge på Tenerife för utflykter - the hotel was really great. very quiet. - a lovely atmosphere and an extremely beautiful inner court. Very nice location, cosy apartment, we liked the stairs and the volume of the apartment.
The kitchen had everything we needed, a good coffee filter plus paper filters and a sandwich maker were appreciated.
It is right on the Vista Sur beach, in the shopping center with the same name and fun area is nearby.

I stayed in Vistasur for 1 week, All was ok, big rooms, good cleaning, free wifi in rooms and in all the area around apartaments (also on the beach),very close to the beach Las Vistas (i think the best beach around playa de las america), 10-15 minutes walk to "Las Veronicas", 5 minutes walk to "san telmo".

The Colonial atmosphere of the whole city, with yourselves just on the edge, and included. We were just amazed at La Laguna City and we loved it, much different to the rest of Tenerife. We stayed in this villa in April 2013. First of all we would like to thank Carlos. Very helpful administrator! He solved very quickly all the problems. Nice villa, good view, all what you need is car to see all the beauties of Tenerife. Kitchen is fully equipped! Villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. We had villa Nr. 32 with WiFi!!! Own garage!
