  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... vad folk säger » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk!   Place is nice and silent, really possible to rest. also, nice and big swimming pool. hotel is close to black sand beach and loro park. some food stores are around. personnel was always trying to help. food at the hotel was good and various. there is a hotel bus that drives to centre of the city (you can walk by foot but it takes around 20 minutes)... vad folk säger » . free wifi that works in most of the hotel. - Excellent value for money. Courteous and helpful staff. Spacious well appointed room. Fridge in room. Although we were booked in only bed and breakfast we had dinner in the hotel on 4 nights of our stay as the quality was excellent for the cost.
